BEST chicken strips! Excellent service. Changing my review for my visit on 9/22. I have posted and raved about the chicken strips, skins, my husband meals & grandsons meals. Tonight; all three of us were definitely disappointed in the lack of food quality and below standard service. When we walked in we were greeted with a nice smile and "please sit wherever you want". The first part of the dining room was partially filled and one booth was open. We decided to go towards the back so it wasn't so crowed in the front area. As we were going back one of the wait staff was standing with her hands on her hips and I said "how would you like to serve a table of friendly people". I almost choked when she said "no"......my grandson did say she added "I am getting ready to set up for a large party". I let it slide as I thought, she's preoccupied. So another wait staff comes out and they both glance at us once in a while, not saying a word. After 5.5 min and not even hearing a "sorry, someone will be right with you", we decided to move up front to that booth. Well as we were approaching it, a couple sat down. My husband then told me a wait staff said "I'll be right with you and so we went and sat back down". She took our drink order and told us they were shorthanded. That wasn't the problem. To me the problem was TWO wait staff were in the same room and never said a word to us, when we got up; not a word. It took maybe 5 minutes to set the 14 person table set up. And that was just chairs and moving tables. The food, although not awful, was not good. I always get strips, skins and a salad (I take left overs home for lunch the next day) I requested unseasoned fries, they were seasoned but I didn't complain as I knew things were tough as our waitress had a lot of tables. My problem was they were room temperature. The chicken was so tough, my grandson snuck a piece and couldn't eat. I laughed at him and said BS. Well I tried to eat one and did get half of it down. My potato skins were lukewarm, but again not the problem. The skins were crunchy hard. The bottom I had to pinch off. My husbands meatloaf looked like it had been warmed up in an air fryer as it was so dark and crusty. My grandson asked for a buffalo chicken wrap with nothing but the chicken & sauce and got lettuce on it. He ate half. I guess what actually prompted me to write this was; I am assuming it was a male manager, came by our table and hung on to one of the columns and said "how is everything". Well when I said "I guess ok" and two plates had a lot of food left on them, he would have noticed it wasn't very good. Maybe had he actually looked or acted like he cared; I would have told him how disappointed we were. As we were leaving, I just went out the door, my husband said "have a good night" to the girl at the front and she turned and smiled. I was waiting for about 30 seconds and she was engrossed in the TV, thus I went outside. I do not want to talk to anyone, do not want anything free, just want to be heard. More than anything I am just so disappointed. I still left a 25% tip, we usually leave 30% at Jac's. Our bill was over 65.00 and I feel dinner was worth about 30.00. I know we will eventually be back, but it will be a while. Thanks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the restaurant to celebrate with family. Called ahead because I have MANY food allergies and intolerances. The manager was not knowledgeable about everything that was in her gluten free food. So I brought my own pizza in and didnāt see the ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK on the door. I own that. So then I sat down with my gluten free Blaze and the manager (who I spoke with on the phone) came to the table and told me I couldnāt eat that in here. Thereās no outside food or drink allowed. Then I explained that they didnāt have proper accommodations and she continued to say, āwell, you canāt just sit here and eat Little Caesars pizza in hereā. So I left the table with my pizza and asked to speak with the manager not realizing it was the same person. I just wanted to challenge the policy and see if they offered any accommodation though I was more than willing to finish my food outside and expressed I was still ordering food for my son and fiancĆ©. She went on being argumentative and gaslighting me āIām sorry you feel that wayā, etc. Letās not mention that Iām 27 weeks pregnant so a medical emergency is not in anyoneās best interest. To sum it up, another more mature manager came and talked to me and then apologized for the way it was handled. I will not be going back to Jacās as I donāt feel safe eating somewhere that is passive about their food ingredients and then has a manager that lacks the emotional intelligence to hear a customer out and come with a solution. Itās hard enough being āthat personā with the complexity of food allergies. Iām very...

Whether you like pool, arcade games, darts or just an over all sports vibe there's so much to entertain on the inside. The walls are covered with niche sasquatch and beer signs, giving a pleasant propaganda view to their menu and hints at utter greatness.
You walk in to this family favorite and immediately get a total hometown vibe. Our server Abby was an absolute doll. She was kind, attentive, and informative; answering questions about various flavors on the menu as well as the local area.
The food was absolutely to die for. I had the crab ragoons with this killer sauce, my partner the olive burger and fries with the dip trio as an appetizer. The food was evenly timed and spaced. The food runners as well as the serving staff have excellent communication with each other which is so nice to see.
The restaurant is clean and well managed, not only handling large parties but also maintaining that casual sports bar vibe. If you're contemplating coming here, do it. The music, the vibe, the aesthetic, the services and the genuine human compassion in the place is worth it alone.
Can not wait to come back again! Thank you Abby for your kindness and...
