I went around 4 pm this afternoon to get a drink while I did some shopping. Three people were behind the counter, one making a drink, on cleaning a spill, and one I assume was training. I stood at the counter for at least three minutes and no one spoke to me even after I said hello. When I walked away the young White girls behind me were almost immediately greeted and helped. This whole tip culture has gotten out of hand but do not be rude to customers and then expect a tip for under average customer service and overpriced food and beverages. Employees need to be trained to treat everyone with respect. Slamming my drink down and walking away is not how you'd treat the CEO. Horrible experience!
