The worse Starbucks I ever came to I came multiple times just to make sure and it just got worse #1 trip asked for a tall drink I was told it’s a small not a tall so the menu says tall but I have to ask for a small the young girl basically gave me a breakdown of that I should ask for a small instead of asking for what’s clearly printed online and the menu. #2 I asked for a drink and apparently they were out of the mix I needed for my drink but before I could ask for something different I was told to go to 9th street location or go out to Portage because they might have it that was flat out strange so when I said I can just order something different the girl was like okay whatever I was confused yet again so I let it slide. #3 they always give me my extremely hot coffee without a sleeve they can barely hold it but I have to accept it without a sleeve but when I ask for one it’s always given with attitude EVERYTIME I come moving forward I will NEVER come to this...

The floor is disgusting. Like construction just came through? Crusty mud all over. have video of this it's a nice, sunny chilly day today.
They are playing music loud enough that I can hear it through my headphones.. consequently they are speaking louder because of it.. but i don't really care to hear about their work drama? I am fully aware of socializing at work.. but maybe turn down the music so you can speak normally? have video of this too
It was my first time ordering the lavender latte. I mentioned that it was sweeter than I expected.. and that perhaps buying another shot would be better... but the service wasn't there. Read moreThis location is consistently inconsistent. Someone needs to be training the employees how to make the drinks on the menu and how to take an accurate order. I don't know how I forget this from time to time and stop on my way through, but WOW it is EVERY single time without fail. Ordered a nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream and vanilla sweet cream cold foam and got 'cold brew' that was warm, with no ice with plain cream and unsweetened cold foam. This is not anything I would drink. What a waste of $6! Too bad I was on the phone when I took it from the woman at the window and didn't drink any until I was way up the highway. What a drag. Thankfully there's another one in Byron Center on my way to where I'm going. It's hard to believe how many times they have messed my drinks up.
