Hardee's — Restaurant in Ottumwa

Esebia was very nice the entire drive thru process from the speaker to the window, to even handing the order to us after we pulled forward! They were about to close so I’m excited to see she had an upbeat attitude with my friend, my daughter and I the entire time. Seems like she was the only one working! Give her a raise and a promotion because she deserves it! When I forgot to add something she was able to do it at the window as well. I just moved here not too long ago so that was my first experience of Iowans customer service and I am very pleased. She had a smile on her face the entire time so that was very nice to see even if they were about to close and she likely had been working for a while at that point already. Food was good! First time having Hardee’s! She even recommended me the app which I did not know they have so I thank her for that! I will be back :) Go Esebia! Keep...

Went in with a coupon for my order. It went well. someone else was standing at the counter waiting to be waited on and everyone just looked at him and went back to what they were doing. I stepped up and said he needs to order as well. The girl at the counter gave me attitude after saying something to her about him needing to order. She gave me cold stale fries and gave him fresh fries. What a poor company! Expensive, and poor quality food. No wonder not many...

Day shift ALWAYS has fresh hot food, made correctly and served quickly! I give them a 5 🌟 rating! Night shift can never get an order right! Their food served is ALWAYS poor quality, customers skills suck. I think for the prices​ we pay would & should get a heck of alot better quality of food and service! I would rate the at the poorest quality that you could give them!

There is a HUGE difference between the shifts, I don't quite understand...
