Late Sunday afternoon, only 1 4top table & 1 individual there when I arrived to meet a work friend to catch up on some computer reports. NO outlets for laptop chargers, EVERY table & chair was dirty. 1st order we placed sat getting cold because they never called name or even signaled it was ready and from where we were sitting, we couldn't see the 2 simple drinks sitting on the low counter. Same thing happened 40mins later with our 2nd identical order. Out of the 2 restrooms, 1 was out of toliet paper, the other without hand soap-to wit we made the worker (acting like a manager, but apron simply read 'staff') aware & her reply was that someone already told her about the toliet paper-28mins later and on our way out, my work friend went to use the restroom & neither had been restocked-& this is during the entire we were there-& only 5 drive thru orders, 1 online order (of 1 drink) & 1 additional customer came inside for his 1 drink order...ALL of which are UNACCEPTABLE per Starbucks standards. I overheard the same worker (when she wasn't too busy trying unsuccessfully to flirt with the additional inside customer) tell him that she used to work at a location on 119th street but it 'got clised.' Makes us wonder if she had anything to do with that location closing because her lack of professionalism and the disarray of this location left a lot to be desired-I was embarrassed that I recommend my work friend meet me there-and neither of us will ever return to this location. We did tip generously on both orders however because the other 2 workers at least cracked a smile occasionally and appeared to be working behind...

Two times in a row I've come when you weren't busy and then acted surprised that there was a mobile order...waiting...still on your printer and untouched. On this second time, at almost 7p on 6/19/24, there were only two of us and you had not taken either of our orders off the printer. You told me you were working on them, which is a lie because I saw you take them both off the printer AFTER I came into the store and AFTER you told me you're working on them. Also, annoying that when you did realize this only one person worked on them to catch up. The other two girls were working on inventory and cleaning a couple of dirty dishes... while talking to each other on the headsets... leaving the third girl to do...
