A great place to learn about 9/11, for the most part somber. It was nice there were warning if it was an especially sensitive topic. My only gripes were that it was sort of twisty turn-y and had lots of forks so I wasn’t sure where to go some of the time and that they need to enforce when you can or cannot take pictures. This isn’t really a bad thing but at one point I think there was some squeaky air conditioning or something so if you are sensitive to that make sure you have ear buds or something because it was going on for a good 15 or 20 minutes and you could hear it the whole way through...

From the piece of steel girder salvaged from the wreckage to the plaque engraved with all the victim's names to the four large panels that describe, in detail, the chronology and events of each portion of the overall disaster that day. I was moved and inspired as I spent about 30 minutes in this sacred place, taking it all in and contemplating this horrific event, and its savage impact on so many lives. To actually see the beam and read all the beautiful names is all very moving. To see the displays and the way it's put into words is remarkable.
