Charlie's Chicken of Owasso — Restaurant in Owasso

Can't recommend this branch of Charlie's Chicken of Owasso at all. The food is good, but the customer service is terrible. The last two times we have gone there on a Friday evening at the dinner hour (5pm), the food I ordered both times was not ready and told I had to wait. The first time they "forgot" about my order and I had to go up and prove that I had made the purchase so that they would actually give me my food. The second time (this evening) I ordered Chicken Fried Steak = it wasn't ready, I would have to wait. So I ordered Chicken Livers instead = that wasn't ready and I would have to wait for it also. I went back to my original order of Chicken Fried Steak and waited and waited and waited. Had to show my receipt to prove that I had ordered it after waiting well over the time they told me before it would be read and then they got that wrong! We will not return to Charlie's Chicken of Owasso ever again and will go the farther distance to a different branch. There are too many high school kids working without a proper "adult" manager and none of them knows anything about customer service!!! Thumbs Down, Charlie's Chicken...

Charlie's Chicken is a great place to eat. Everything is always good and tasty. Although this evening, stopped by and went thru the drive-thru to get Catfish dinners. Food is great, but it would be even better if the attendant at the window was little more courteous. I was raised to say,'Thank you' and so forth,which Im sure most people were. When somebody orders food, be respectful and courteous please. That is if y'all want business. When the young man handed me the bag of food, I had to tie it together so it wouldnt fall out, which was no biggie. As i was doing that, young man was little impatient i suppose because he says, 'Here ya go' which he had white sack in his hand. Then my drinks. I got everything but not once did he say,' Thank you'! No, he shut window. Normally, I wouldnt even think twice about it, but I suppose when a person spends good deal of money there every week, then at least I would think that they would be appreciative and courteous to their customers. Overall this place has really good...

There's a lot of chicken places in Owasso. Charlie's is definitely one of the best. They don't do chicken strips, they do chicken chunks. I thought this was weird until I went there for the first time. The name is accurate and it's served really well. Has a homemade taste to it that's different than anywhere else in town. They make their own sauces, which are all great and they offer gravy; something not many other places do. Chicken was great Corn fritters were good Baked beans were good Unfortunately the Mac and cheese is a pass. Wasn't flavorful and was watery. :-( Definitely recommend trying Charlie's. Definitely not my favorite thing, but if you order the chicken chunk family meal and add a dozen rolls, you should get 16 rolls. The last 6 times we had ordered this, they don't give you the 4 rolls that are supposed to come with the meal. Count ya rolls! Or you will...
