I’ll start this off with I love this store and unfortunately use delivery a little too much from here. Delivery people have been awesome each time.
Tonight, though for whatever reason (short staffed, just an overall rough night, the restaurant can’t staff appropriately to insure quality service because of pure corporate greed, who knows?), my pizza sat for 30 minutes after quality check. Fine, if the pizza is bad I’ll use the insurance. It was cold, I know, I was shocked too. I use the insurance thing and the picture are the three choices I got. The last choice just takes you to the website, that’s nice, take these two options or get out of here. Option 1 is a freaking coupon they already offer to everyone. Read moreThis Dominos is spot-on. They’re consistently delicious and fresh. They even use real, fresh mushrooms. I love the two for $5.99 deal. We do it all the time and love that I am never breaking the bank. The delivery drivers are always on-time and polite. The pizza is so flavorful. The crust is well-baked, fluffy, and flavorful with garlic and herbs. The guys in the carry-out are also good. I had a pizza tonight that I carried out that had mushrooms instead of black olives. Kids weren’t happy. I called the dominos and they offered to remake or give me a credit for the pizza. Read moreWe ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up they said it would be about 20 minutes, after waiting over 30 minutes we finally received our order. While waiting another customer came in and it obviously upset and tells me he has been there almost an hour. We then drive home and realize the order is completely wrong. Items are not prepared correctly or completely missing. So now we call back and they say they can have our order fixed within 15 minutes, I then ask if they can include a couple ranch packets and they say they have to charge for them.
