Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Owasso

Edit *Did you know if you use the dominos app, you can opt out of them selling your information? Here are the steps.

1. Open dominos app
2. Click on the three bars at the top left
3. At the bottom of the menu that just opened right above their privacy policy it says do not sell/share your info. Click on that.
4. Read their little thing that says it’s better for you if you stay in it. Then at the bottom right under where they briefly let you know they sell your information click on the yes.
5. Put in your email and click next. All the words on that page just let you know that opting out is only for this device not an account due to “technical limits” that I’m sure they’re working hard to correct.
6. Wait for your verification code. It takes a few minutes and the code is only good for 12 minutes so keep your email open.
7. Put in the verification code and confirm.

Will it actually do anything, who knows, but if it doesn’t work, don’t you want to be part of the billion dollar class action suit that will net you a free topping on a large pizza some day?*

Too long and don’t want to read? Dominos stupid insurance for an issue either offers you a coupon they already offer to everyone or forces you to become a member of their rewards program so they can track you in order to get any kind of redemption.

I’ll start this off with I love this store and unfortunately use delivery a little too much from here. Delivery people have been awesome each time.

Tonight, though for whatever reason (short staffed, just an overall rough night, the restaurant can’t staff appropriately to insure quality service because of pure corporate greed, who knows?), my pizza sat for 30 minutes after quality check. Fine, if the pizza is bad I’ll use the insurance. It was cold, I know, I was shocked too. I use the insurance thing and the picture are the three choices I got. The last choice just takes you to the website, that’s nice, take these two options or get out of here. Option 1 is a freaking coupon they already offer to everyone. So option 2 is really your only choice. Sorry we messed up, here’s your free pizza for a $40 order being cold. Fine, good enough just to be done with this. Oh, wait the pizza is only redeemable if you sign up for their rewards. So they are using your problem to force sign you up for their rewards so they can...

This Dominos is spot-on. They’re consistently delicious and fresh. They even use real, fresh mushrooms. I love the two for $5.99 deal. We do it all the time and love that I am never breaking the bank. The delivery drivers are always on-time and polite. The pizza is so flavorful. The crust is well-baked, fluffy, and flavorful with garlic and herbs. The guys in the carry-out are also good. I had a pizza tonight that I carried out that had mushrooms instead of black olives. Kids weren’t happy. I called the dominos and they offered to remake or give me a credit for the pizza. I took the credit because we had already started a movie, but I REALLY appreciate that they made up for the mistake somehow. Dominos in Owasso has my business every week until the end...

We ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up they said it would be about 20 minutes, after waiting over 30 minutes we finally received our order. While waiting another customer came in and it obviously upset and tells me he has been there almost an hour. We then drive home and realize the order is completely wrong. Items are not prepared correctly or completely missing. So now we call back and they say they can have our order fixed within 15 minutes, I then ask if they can include a couple ranch packets and they say they have to charge for them. I can understand a company policy, but if you cant give me two $0.75 ranch packets for messing up an order and forcing me to drive back to rectify your mistake then you aren’t going to get my...
