I sent someone to pick up a 6 in turkey sub for me. Gave them a gift card to use. They returned and said the young lady wouldn't accept the gift card that it was not a gift card but rather it was for points??? It says clearly on it that it's gift card! Leaving that side: When I opened the sandwich it barely had any veg on it. A few sprigs of spinach, about 3 pieces of lettuce...I ordered everything so it should have been loaded. They had mashed the sandwich down practically flat (which was easy to do considering they had put hardly anything on it). It was way too salty! I threw most of it away. It was pitiful! It cost close to $10. I'll never go to subway again! Poor customer service, inferior product! Definitely would not recommend!

It almost seems like a bait and switch. I get coupons in the mail and some online, and I have never been able to use any of them. I waited 15 minutes at the window before I was even greeted. When I got home and noticed the subs I called and they won’t do anything because I live 20 minutes out of town and couldn’t return within the few minutes they had left to close.
