Dairy Express — Restaurant in Oxford

I had an issue with being charged 3 extra times for one order recently - over $100 in multiple charges. When I called the establishment to resolve it - a young woman initially answered the phone. When I explained the issue and asked to talk to the owner, she immediately copped an attitude and called for John (owner). When John picked up the phone he proceeded to tell me that me being charged multiple times by his establishment was "not his problem" (even though my bank statement clearly reads Dairy Express) and then blamed it on his "third party payment system". He then proceeded to speak to me condescendingly and accused me of wasting his time because he "didn't have the money" from the extra charges. I felt incredibly disrespected as a woman being told that I'm "crazy" and that the "extra charges didn't happen". My bank issued a certified letter to him confirming the charges had indeed cleared and he was in possession of the money. He was also given a copy of the charges via my bank statement.

I have been going to this restaurant 26 years since I moved to the area. I was coaching tee ball, minor league, major league baseball. VP coach of girls softball. I introduced fast pitch to Oxford coming from Worc coaching. I took the team to Dairy Express. Saturday night everything is closed early. These towns are ghosts towns everything is closed STUPID. So we drove from Auburn through N. Oxford into Oxford. They were opened great service and awesome food huge menu selection. I wish someone would be open after 10 PM on Friday, Saturday nights. Was looking for a good place to get fish and chips for my family and after looking through the oxford forum and searching best place in town with fish and chips and seeing a lot of recommendations for dairy express I chose to give them a shot and was not disappointed. I brought it home for my family and everyone was very happy with the food. I am always skeptical for take out because of the condensation making everything soggy and old but everything was sooo good and perfect. We found our go to now.
