We just moved to Oxford and decided to order pizza here for the first time. Needless to say it will be our last experience. We ordered our pizza for delivery. I gave the girl my address. Over an hour and a half later the pizza still hasn’t arrived. When I called and they told me that they didn’t have my address. When the guy got here he told me they had the pizza reheated. We open up the pizza and the whole thing is burnt but the underneath of the pizza was all raw dough. Disgusting UPDATE: now I got a response that I can’t even reply to you so I will write it here. No you did not try calling me for over an hour. I was called 40 minutes later. ONE TIME! Did not know anyone called because I did not know that there would’ve been an issue of somebody trying to write down an address correctly. I was outside entertaining my guests that we’re waiting to EAT. Didn’t know I had to be on standby for incompetence! When I had went inside to my phone that was charging I called you back asking where it was cause I had been waiting so long! I know my own address. Could it be that your teenage employee couldn’t get the address correctly and ended up to going to an imaginary address and then to the town of Charlton? Maybe if she got the address correctly the first time this would’ve never happened. You guys were the ones that screwed up, not me. You think that maybe I could’ve gotten fresh pizza when you finally came to my house an hour and a half later. Not one that was completely burnt on the top and all Raw at the bottom that nobody could even eat. Worst $35 I ever spent in my life! Read moreI guess my first mistake was ordering pizza from here. I spent nearly $50 for pizza that was thinner than any pizza I've ever seen. First pull and every single thing fell off, mind you there wasn't much to the toppings either .. Then there's the Hawaiian pizza that I ordered, same quality, barely any toppings and thin with BURNT crust. I then ordered egg rolls online to which it states quantity of 4. The manager told me it states "4 pieces" but it doesn't, to which here is a screenshot as proof from YOUR website. Like you literally cut 2 egg rolls in half and say "4 pieces" LOL. Then, I addressed to the manager my concerns of the quality of my pizza, saying I'm upset that I spent nearly $50.00 to next to nothing for fullness on my pizza and he says "It looked fine to me" and then told me to go to other places that serve pizza in the area. Read moreHonestly I really use to like this place, the food is good and the service for the most part has it was good, until recently. The last two times that I’ve ordered boneless chicken wings I got bone in. The first time I called and was able to get the correct order, I just had to give back the wrong one, fine no problem I didn’t want it in the first place. The second time however the owner was beyond nasty.
I understand that people make mistakes, but when I tell you that the order was wrong, you need to take responsibility for that. I could even understand if because of the pandemic you aren’t able to remake the order for free, but don’t say that your mistake is on me. If he had just owned up to the mistake instead of putting it on me, he wouldn’t be losing a 4 year and potential life long customer.
