Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Oxford

We walked in and ordered us breakfast, and when I went to pay, my card wasn't working, and we were in from out of state visitting my son and granddaughters, so I had to have them cancel the order. Never once did anyone say they stopped serving breakfast. I fixed the pay situation and went back up to reorder the food ordering 3 breakfast meals and a 4 peice chicken the same as the 1st time. Never once did I know they stopped serving breakfast. While I am in line, they were looking for a family their tray of food was done. I was looking at it and said that's not ours. Told her what we ordered. She said I canceled that order. Well, it was our tray with only 1 thing being correct. I should have taken it before I got back in line because she never canceled, and I didn't even pay yet, but being the honest person I am, I get back in line to reorder. Okay so when I walked in I was not greeted there was a young lady at the cash register she did not have a name tag on her shirt so I did not know her name but I asked her what was good tonight and she totally ignored me so there was another young lady standing about 4 feet from her and she said she'll wait on you when I placed my order the young lady second young lady was very helpful the first young lady said what did he order she told him or her excuse me and she got halfway done with my order and said there's somebody out there and their car that basically she new and ran outside halfway filling my order I got the impression honestly because I was white that she did not have to pay attention to what I needed this was very disturbing I'll go back cuz I like that Jack's but I won't go back if she's working the register I will get the...

I live out of town, and I really miss Jack's. It was my Dad's favorite place to eat, and I enjoy so many memories of going there with him. I am in town on business, and I must say that today's visit was terrific! I just went through the Drive Thru, but the service was fast and friendly, and the food was terrific! I had the Chicken Fingers Combo with an Apple Pie. The Chicken Fingers were crispy and tender, and the honey mustard is awesome! I do think Jack's has some of the best Chicken Tenders in the Quick Service Restaurant market. The French Fries were hot, fresh and crisp, and the seasoning was great!
