Very disappointed! I called to place a phone order at 6:55 pm. I was told the order would be ready in 35-40 minutes. When I arrived at 7:30 my order was not ready. As a matter of fact I was asked if it would be under a different name. 25 minutes later. ( we are now at 65 minutes) my food is brought out. I should have opened the box before paying for my order. The pizza was lousy. It looked like the cheese and crust had been cooked prior to the other ingredients being placed on my pizza as an afterthought. The vegetables were practically raw and the sausage not browned. I also ordered mozzarella and zucchini sticks. The cheese sticks were exploded and the zucchini was too firm. I worked in multiple pizza places in my past and this pizza was a terrible thing to try and pass off. It would have been better to admit you forgot to to hand in my order than to take shortcuts and try to fool the customer. I would have understood that you were busy and people make mistakes, I would rather have waited longer for my order to be cooked correctly than sending me out the door with such a sad excuse for a pizza. I doubt that I will return based on the lack of accountability alone. Sorry guys, you just lost a customer as well as anyone else I know. Do yourselves a favor and be honest next time. I feel I was ripped off for $40+ . Bad business. If I could figure out how to post a pic I would have. Feel...
Read moreToday Sunday September 24, 2017 my wife Betty and I went to Dominick's Italian Restaurant for dinner just like we have been coming for the past 42 years. We use to bring our two sons, Alfred and Michael with us when they were little, they are now grown and married with Their own family and live out of town. Contrary to some of the the Negetive reviews posted I could not help but notice that those person writing the Negetive reviews were referring to some other restaurant. For example Dominick's does not have a patio, that is just one example of the wrong Negetive review posted The simple fact that this restaurant has been in business at this location for over half a century, that in itself speaks for itself. Today we started with the dinner salad with ranch dressing and the shrimp scampi over pasta which was extremely good. I enjoyed my dinner with a glass of Opera PRIMA Vera Merlot wine. The waitress that attened us was extremely courteous, friendly and attentive. The inside of the restaurant was extremly clean as it always is. I plan to continue coming to Dominick's to eat for as long as this restaurant is open for business. I will end my post by stating, do not let the location or appearance of the building's exterior fool you, or discourage you from coming in for lunch or dinner. When you walk in, it's like walking back in time during...
Read moreThe only thing I didn't like was the service. Our server didn't make the best impression. She had an icky look on her face and seemed stuck up. The feeling that i experienced is her looking at my partner and I in an uncomfortable way. She didn't have to say anything, but her look at us made me feel like she knew we weren't locals or regulars, and she almost seemed annoyed that we sat in her section and didn't want to attend us. It seems like she's worked there for a while and had a privileged demeanor. While sitting at the booth for about 10 minutes, she kept walking by us and staring at us in an uncomfortable judgmental way. While she took our order, she seemed snobby and walked away. Don't know if it was just that one day of bad service and experience, but I would give the restaurant another try. I have friends that come to this restaurant who recommended this whole in the wall, and local favorite Italian restaurant, and this is why we decided to try it. The food was good, and the restaurant itself was a cute and unique, however if the service is the same next time I will definitely not go there. The worst dining experience is the staff making you feel uncomfortable and you not being able to enjoy your food and...
