I brought in a small, heart shape urn, and asked to have it engraved. The font I picked wouldn't have worked very well - they caught this, and e-mailed me a set of alternate fonts, suggestions and pictures. We compromised between what they thought would be clearest and easiest to read, and what I wanted for the urn. I picked it up a couple of days ago, and it's perfect Better than I'd hoped.
