Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oxnard

Just bad. Honestly spend the money and order somewhere else. Not worth the headache of wrong orders, late deliveries, they do not answer the phone it almost feels like after you order your number gets blocked. the whole situation feels like you're being scammed. Not at all does this location deserve to be associated with a nationally recognized chain. On multiple orders they miss toppings that they do not hesitate to charge for. They are consistently unresponsive and impossible to contact after you order because your number is associated with it. Had to call from another number entirely to be able to even get past the answering machine. Can't recommend less. Go with the crazy pizza man Dan instead, at least their pricey pizza man is able to justify the prices with consistency and quality. Overall 3/10 for delivery. No fault with the delivery driver he cannot control what the online delivery experience entails. Cannot overstate how unlikely I am to recommend and how much I will suggest others to avoid. My food was very late. The delivery driver didn’t speak very good English which is fine, I can understand that, but if the store will acknowledge that over the phone, then they should be helping the driver understand the notes on the orders instead of just assuming everyone is bilingual. They literally set their driver up for failure and couldn’t care less about general customer service or basic courtesy. The person that answered the phone at the store had a very non-chalant attitude about our call trying to figure out where our food was because it was incredibly late. No wonder the average rating is barely 3.5 stars. I’ll be choosing a different dominos in the future. In the spirit of Christmas, tried to give them another chance.......this time, the order remained in their respective store for 37 minutes before I called. When I asked about the status, the person (Maria) who answered the phone said the driver had just left.....but this new invention called the Internet showed otherwise. I am so done with these folks......Papa John's is now the option for delivery on days which end in the letter "Y"
