Taco John's — Restaurant in Paducah

Upon ordering a meat and potato burrito, I discovered that it contained probably less than a teaspoon of meat and a substantial amount of potatoes. Upon presenting my complaint to the counter staff, I was met with a dismissive attitude, with the assertion that the amount of meat was correct. Refraining from engaging in an argument, I opted to take my taco and incorporate the meat from it into my burrito. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, as I have consistently received satisfactory meals at this establishment. The treatment I received for expressing my concerns was unacceptable, and I believe that the establishment may need to reevaluate its position on unsatisfactory orders and how to address the concerns of its paying customers the main ingredient of a meal not being provided in a sufficient quantity and try to make me feel stupid for speaking up about my concerns is unacceptable. I urge the establishment to improve its standards. Won’t be back to Jackson street believe different owners of mall and bridge street location I’ll make sure before any taco John’s get another...

Won't be going here again, I work at teletech, they offer a 20% discount which is awesome. But every time o go there they mess up something. A couple weeks ago I ordered the #1. With the discount. She handed me the wrong food and said "you said the number 2" not "oh I'm sorry my mistake" and I got the number 1 and waited. She said can I help you I said yeah can you give me my money back? (Because the #1 is cheaper and she ROLLED HER EYES. Second instance. I just ordered the kids meal. Now idk what the stipulation of that was but I asked for the teletech discount and she said "but it's already 3.70$?" I said I know that. So she gave it to me with 10% off and not 20. The last one I'm not that upset about (times are tough and all, just wanted a cheap meal). But she is very rude and she uses a bad tone with me at least. And from the other reviews I'm not...

Myself and two of my coworkers were traveling from Nashville home to Illinois and decided to stop here for dinner. This was all three of our first time at a Taco John's and had no idea what we were in store for... The service was beyond exceptional, every single person working greeted us with a hello and a smile. The late night manager Skip was soooo friendly and nice! The food was AMAZING! Fresh! This is the first time I have seen a menu with a picture of the food and the actual food looked better then the picture! All 3 of us loved everything we got! Very very impressed for a drive through resturant....
