Smokehouse BBQ — Restaurant in Pagedale

I wish i was able to give them no stars... The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THE MANAGER JB KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BEING A MANAGER.. I ordered two catfish filet dinners both with spaghetti and potatoe salad the dinner is 10.59 and comes with one side so i wanted to pay for 2 extra sides, and i also ordered a rib tip sandwich extra sauce please dont burn them( had them burn them before) well i get home on two sides and burnt tips so i call them first off attitude is trash.. This JB tells me he cant take my word for the sides that i ordered because he said the cashier didnt charge me for them so at this point coming at least 7 miles ill come buy the sides what about my tips oh they not burnt they were just made so now since your not even compassionate about my order being wrong i would like my money back, he tells me no cash back... I spend too much money here once a week for this i will NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS.. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT...

Not a fan.

The food was ok. It really didn't seem like BBQ to me. The meat was chopped up in more of a sloppy joe's. The taste was ok. But nothing I could not have gotten from the grocery store and warmed up.

The atmosphere was a bit much for me. It is in a somewhat of a strip-mall. The location was not ideal and you have this off putting feeling that you don't really belong. I was never scared to be there, but close. It is very small with only a few tables. We were the only ones that sat and ate there, so there was more than enough room. (I wouldn't say the place looked dirty, and it was very clean, but it just didn't look clean).

The chef/cashier/waiter did it all. He looked a bit surprised to see us there and even more surprised when we sat down to eat. He was very nice, and attentive, though. He showed very good customer service and was very kind and polite.

And when he brought out the food, it was hot and not bad, but I don't think I would...

I call my order in as I was sitting on their lot. She said that it would take 20 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and then I went inside to pay and get my order that took another 45 minutes for me to get my food. There was no one in the restaurant but me . I ordered a large spaghetti and potato salad and paid for it but it was not large at all. I believe the spaghetti was cooked while I was waiting. Because a young man came out of the kitchen and said there was no spaghetti. The rib tips were only a inch long and under cooked. I also ordered a hot link it was so tuff I could hardly bit it and the bake beans were straight out of the can. The food was not good at all but the two slices of bread were fresh. I will not patronize this place again. It deserves no star at all but in order to make the review I had to give...
