Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Painesville

It’s always a hit or miss here so the taste and quality of your pizza strictly depends on who is working the day you order. Eddy always makes sure I’m satisfied with my order, but tonight a different store employee (he gave me three different names!) Juan, J, or Jake made my experience tonight with our local dominos horrible. When I went to pick up my pizzas I checked them and I was disappointed/dissatisfied with one of them. There was barely any sauce and the toppings I chose were lightly placed on there. So I asked if I could get the normal amount or if I could pay for a side of extra and he told another employee to tell me no. Side note: he top heavy so he was being stingy honestly. Because why would you sprinkle toppings on my food he real live played with my moneys...

Pizza turned out really well. This isn’t a complaint about that!

The service was just honestly terrible. One of the gentlemen working was not hospitable at all he spoke very Quietly and had this nasty look on his face and was quite honestly rude to every customer that walked in. Rolling his eyes and walking away from people. I ordered my food and waited for a bit in the store and turns out it was literally sitting there the whole time. I asked twice and they said it wasn’t ready.

There was another customer sitting in there longer than I was, and the guy at the counter said “I don’t know what happened to your pizza we’re making you another one”. How do you not know what happened to someone’s food?

Just really unpleasant...

Delivery service is always great. Food is always delivered timely and hot. 4 stars for what I consider sub-standard sandwich ingredient quantity. Ordered an Italian sandwich without any veggies and it had about 3 thin slices of meat on it, and I mean thin for $6! Third time I've ordered and each time there's less and less meat on the sandwiches. Well cooked, great service, just feeling short changed on the sandwiches for the money. Your average fast food sandwich costs less and has far more meat on it in general. I think 7 years in the full-serve restaurant business from bus-pan to management (including a pizza restaurant at one time) affords me a legitimate complaint. Otherwise this is a great pizzeria with good food and...
