T & T Bakery/Deli — Restaurant in Painesville

The “owner” banned me from the restaurant because he claimed I looked at him funny and said “my face had an attitude.” I never yelled or disrespected anyone — I was completely calm. I ordered 3 small hot chocolates and politely asked if they could be poured into large cups (as they’ve done before since small cups don’t have lids). I was told I’d have to purchase the large cups, and I agreed without complaint.He said it “wasn’t his problem,” then told me I was banned. When I asked why, he said it was because I “talked about him” to my daughter — even though I was simply explaining what happened after she tried to apologize. He asked me if I understood that i wasn't allowed to come back multiple times after I had already said that's fine i understand. I was already leaving, he threatened to call the cops on me for no reason. Completely unprofessional, rude, and intimidating behavior. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but after this I feel he was being discriminating against me and racist. How my face looks isn't a reason to ban me in my opinion but I guess since he is the owner he is allowed to ban those of us who don't look like him and talk in a different language. Just stopped in for my very first time. I’ve driven by quite a bit recently and kept thinking I need to check that small bakery out! Well today on this rainy morning I didn’t have time to make my coffee or anything so I stopped in and boy was I happy I did!! Authentic deserts by the boat load!! I got a blueberry muffin that’s incredibly moist, a coffee, and a chicken salad sandwich this time around. My coffee is right up there with Biagios taste wise(and that’s saying a whole lot for anyone who knows how much I love my biagios coffee) I will be sure to stop in when I am in the area from now on! Also they have cheap lunches sandwiches are only like $4 a piece and it’s REAL FOOD! Highly suggest this small authentic bakery to anyone...

ok. so I love donuts. but I'll never go to DD. seriously donuts are my THING. I go to different shops to try the donuts and see who has the best. well, these are simply amazing. they make every thing in house from scratch. even the filling and frostings that's so hard to come by but the taste difference is undeniable. the waitress was super nice. I wish I could take a star off since the selection was minimal but I will have to get there much earlier next time as obviously selling out is a GOOD THING. the locals know these...
