Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Palacios

We usually have great experience at Sonic in Palacios Texas..today was very disappointing to say the least..I understand the rising prices in every buisness around the world,and Sonic is no exception..I get it.. thats not my gripe..We ordered 2 Burgers @ 2x$7( being $10.38 ) an GBBCB combo $9.49 ..plus $3.90 for recharger drink..2 xMedium Trick or Treat Blast in which we ordered 4 TTB shakes in all 2x11.38 & 2x11.38..... The Shakes are less than 3/4 filled..2 actually barely 1/2 filled.....My point being..Us as general public do not mind paying higher for takeout..but we do expect to get what we spend our hard earned money for..and this is a real disapointment to see that whoever made these shakes didnot even take the time to notice the sparse amount of each Treat..made very messy and then thrown in to the carrier..NO VALUE or Treat here guys..at over 5 bucks for a MEDIUM Shake..you are probably better off spending less on the Small or Tiny size offered...P.s my hubby says the Tots sucked...

If I could give 0 stars you best believe that’s what we’d be doing here. After I placed my order in the app where it did not allow me to add pickles to my food I called to let them know that the order that was just placed I would like to add pickles to first the manager told me that I couldn’t change my order basically telling me I couldn’t order the food that I way I wanted it (mind you I paying for it right?) 🥴🫵🏼🥸 just to get back and look at the tots that I paid extra to get chili on to come out what looked to be barely anything and a different color.

Well first off I called up there 2-3 times before I got someone to answer the phone. All I was wanting to know is if they was hiring and if I could talk to the owner or the GM. Well only the shift manager was there but since I have to be at the Sonic in Edna by 6:30am-5pm tomorrow I can't talk to the manager that hires or the owner. But the girl that answered the phone took my name and number and said she would let them know. Well I'll see what happens.
