Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Palatka

Just so everyone knows, if you order delivery from this Papa John's now, they will send your delivery with a Door Dash driver, not a Papa John's employee!!! I have ordered from Papa John's religiously for years and they just lost a customer tonight. I ordered a delivery tonight, and as usual gave a $5 tip. About 30 minutes later I get a text from a Door Dash delivery driver asking me if I can walk out to their car to get my order because they have a sprained ankle and can't walk up to my door. I was very confused and told them that I did not order through Door Dash and that I ordered directly from the Papa John's website. So, I called Papa John's and a very rude manager told me that they now "partner" with Door Dash, so it may be a Papa John's driver that delivers your order or it may be a Door Dash driver. Ultimately I told them to cancel my order and refund my money, and I ended up ordering from Dominos after I called and verified that they don't "partner" with Door Dash. So I know some of you might not think this is a big deal, but we live in a not great area, and given the fact that literally ANYONE can sign up to work for Door Dash, I am just not comfortable with some random person showing up at my house with my order that I was expecting from a Papa John's employee. Plus, why is the Door Dash driver asking me to come out to their car in the middle of the night for my order that I paid them to deliver?? Pretty shady if you ask me. My thoughts are that if their ankle was well enough to walk into Papa John's and pickup my order then it would be okay to walk up to my house. The pizza I got here was below par for quality & presentation. The 2 pizzas I got at this Papa Johns location was the worse I ever had in a very very long time. I don't think I'll be going back to this Papa Johns ever again & that explains why there is always only 1 person working here at thos store at any given time & any given day of the week. They are never busy & I can see why now & thats cuz they literally leave about 3 inches of pizza crust with no sauce or toppings on it & you only get the sauce, cheese & toppings of a personal pizza on the 2 medium pizzas that I get here. Then my pizza was only half cut & was cut into 6 slices instead of the standard 8 slices that it should have been cut in. The man that was working there said he was the hiring manager & with that being said as manager you should know how to make a pizza & how to cut it & he was very unprofessional & tried to get me out of the store as quick as he could & wouldn't even give me plates or napkins. I had a very difficult day, so I ordered a pizza for carryout to try to make things easier for my family this evening. The store made the pizza incorrectly and cut is very poorly. It was supposed to be a stuffed crust pizza, but they gave me an original. The garlic knots were burnt too. I returned to the store and asked them to remake it. They refused. They insisted on their end it was a regular pizza. I showed them the app that said I ordered a stuffed crust. They would not acknowledge my receipt. I asked them to refund and I would reorder. I did not ask for anything for free. I just wanted my pizza made correctly. The managers were very young and seemed to lack experience. The guy didn't really care and said he could lose his job if he made me a stuffed crust pizza. I was very confused and frustrated because I PAID for a stuffed crust.
