It seems to be an authentic style Mexican Restaurant and not Tex-Mex style. We visited this past Saturday for lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. Staff was super sweet, played the birthday song over the music speakers, and sang happy birthday to him several times. Wait-time for food wasn't long, it was hot and fresh when it hit the table. I tried ordering a chile relleno since that's my fav dish but it was 10am and they didn't have any but that's understandable as they were only serving breakfast most likely.. Read moreThanks you're a truly made with love and not preprocessed like a lot of the places here in Palestine. Remember good food takes time this isn't a sit-down order your food comes up two minutes later. There's going to be a small weight but is well worth it. Staff is nice The food is just simply unreal how it tastes complete freshness and every bite. If you want authentic food cooked with love this is the place to go. If you want pre-processed junk and microwaved and cooked several hours in advanced please continue to keep going to Lobo's little Mexico...
