At one time, food was good. Our last several experiences have been awful. One visit at lunch waitress spilled hot plate of food on husbands leg. They let it go with I am sorry. We were in there 2 evenings ago and worst experience ever! Will not go back again. Ordered the Mongolian Beef that I order eveey visit because I like spicy food. The waitress came out after meal ordered with duck sauce and crispy noodles for dipping. Once again dropped duck sauce all over me, my sweater (Cashmere) and jeans as well as booth. All I got was "I sorry". We moved to another booth. My food came out cold, not spicy and noodles under beef AND servered with rice. I explained to them it was cold, not spicy and I did not order LoMein. I have NEVER had noodles with the Mongolian Beef. The waitress argued with me and said always served with noodles. Explained only dish I ever ordered and never had noodles, always Rice. Took plate back to kitchen, brought same plate back out and handed me a small bowl filled with the spice they put in the beef to make it spicy and told me to mix it myself! By this time food even colder and noodles still on bottom. My husband finished what he could of his meal and we paid our bill, which did include my meal I could not eat. Read moreWorst customer service I’ve ever encountered! My husband ordered Pineapple Chicken and it was awful. All breading hardly any meat and the sauce was awful. When he told our server that he wanted to send it back she just walked away from us. She went over to the girl behind the counter and started speaking to her in another language. Then the girl storms over to our table and starts telling my husband that everyone else likes the dish and she couldn’t take it off the bill because it was a Chef’s Special and he would have to order something else. My husband told her he didn’t want to order anything else and to please take it off of the bill. She absolutely refused to do so. When asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. She even tried to get us to leave without paying the bill because she didn’t want to deal with my husband (I’m sure she was trying to get us to walk out without paying so she could call the police and tell them we didn’t pay our bill). I asked her if you want us to leave without paying, why not just take the Pineapple Chicken off of the bill and let us pay for the food we ate? She still refused. I suggested to my husband to just pay in cash minus the Pineapple Chicken and leave it on the counter so we could leave, which we did plus tip. Read moreUpdate Went back again on week of 6/10/22. They had a different asian young woman who was fantastic. She was very friendly and was on top of her game while they were very busy with the Dining room re-opened as well. Hopefully they keep her and at the front facing the customer. So I have them back to a 4 star review. Glad to see them turning things around.
Update: Went back the week of 5/1/22 to give another try since many complaints have occurred and they were still open left us with the hope things improved. The food is back to normal! Yay. The Woman at the front? Not so much. She is still very rude but at least the food is better. I will move them to a three star for bringing their quality back up
We've been coming here for over two years faithfully almost once a week. They no longer provide any customer service they are rude and will even hang up on you on the phone. You called with an issue regarding your order and they laugh at you and hang up. We called because we were missing an entire meal we were told to drive back to pick it up they had no care of the fact that the rest of our meal would be cold when we get it back home they did nothing to compensate or make it right.
