Application process was not complex and I signed papers electronically. When I arrived, office staff greeted me and I must say, apartment is absolutely beautiful. Gina and her staff continue to intrigue me with their professionalism and attention to detail in every phase of this community. I’m glad I made the decision to move here. I paid the "non-refundable" $300.00 deposit", was called once last year for another unrelated unit for double the price; then again earlier this year with availability requiring moving with seven days notice, and now, today with 14 days notice. My Landlord requires 30 days notice before my lease expires. I guess this place works for seniors able to jump out of their leases like pop tarts. What a great guy, he's friendly and was able to resolve our issues quickly. He truly cared about his work and our satisfaction. Tom is the best!! So, is Neslie in the office.
