I took my family to this Burger King located at 1760 Military Trail on Saturday, October 24th 2020. We had one of those coupons you get in the mail. My kids went in an order the 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers and 3 small fries using the coupon for $12.99, along with a number 9 meal which is a spicy chicken sandwich with a medium fries and medium sprite for $8.99 and 2 spicy chicken nuggets for $2.00. The total bill was $25.66. When they returned with the food my wife double check to make sure everything was there and the medium sprite was missing. I went in with receipt and told the Manager there who was a Spanish Woman that my kids order what's on the receipt but didn't get the medium sprite, she said she gave it to them I told her we didn't have any drink and said she gave them the drink and walked away preparing drive-thru orders. I went back to my car and asked the kids are they sure they didn't get a drink and they all said no they didn't. So I took the 2 bags with our food and went back in and returned it all for a full refund. This Spanish Woman who is the manager has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THE WORST BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SKILLS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I don't know how much A MEDIUM SPRITE cost at this Burger King located at 1760 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL but it cost the establishment $25.66 today and a valued customer. Read moreThe level filthiness in this place has inspired this review. The place is a total mess! There isn’t a spot that is sticky and dirty. I went there around 12pm which makes no sense, the restaurant had just a few hours open. This leads me to believe that they do not clean before closing or opening. I couldn’t resist, and asked the manager if they clean every night and he responded in a nervous/shy way by saying “we just had a rush” and immediately sent someone with a broom outside. The soda machines are extremely sticky and appear as if they have not been wiped down in weeks, the food waiting area was cluttered with trash and old receipts, it was impossible to grab a ketchup bag without getting ketchup on your finger by bursted bags inside the bin. The iced tea section next to it was dripping tea like a broken faucet. The floors are sticky, stained and just pure disgusting. Employees do not wear nets on there head. I wonder what kind of safety and food training they get. People using the drive through have no idea what this place looks like. This is on the customers side i can only imagine behind the counter and in the kitchen.

Read moreI bought my order thru the drive-thru, when we started leaving the clerk screamed to stop that their card reader was not working and asked for cash, since we did not have cash he asked us to come inside. Inside they charge my card in a different register. When I checked my bank statement I saw that they have charged us twice and that the drive-thru reader WAS WORKING and the clerk charged us twice. I went back to Burger King the next day and we were given a rough time. We had to get printed bank statements and told them that we were going to complain to Corporate. After giving us a very hard time they refunded us with cash and kept our bank statements. The employee who took care of us was very rude and the guy that was at the drive-thru window was not in. I asked for the Manager's name and she refused to give it to me. By the way, the person in front of us was there with another complain also and she was very upset.
