I ordered at this location for the first time today. First let me say that the drive thru was extremely slow. So slow, that I waited in the Walmart parking lot for the line to get shorter before I even drove up to order because I knew today that I was ordering a food item. Once the line got shorter, I drove up to the drive-through with only three cars and stillsat there for about 10 minutes before I just ended up, backing out to park in the front and order the food to pick up inside of the store.
I ordered a sandwich and two drinks through the app around 5 PM. I went inside to pick up the order. My drink was ready but the sandwich that I ordered wasn’t sitting on the counter with the drink. when I asked the Hispanic girl with the glasses about it, she said that she couldn’t find it. It’s took her forever to find the sandwich because it was sitting over in the drive-thru window.
When she gave it to me, it was cold even though I had just ordered it. Then before I walked away , I asked her very politely for one of the Truffle hot sauce packets and she said no !!
I was a little confused because i go to Starbucks just about every day and I’ve never had anyone refuse a hot sauce packet, especially when I’ve ordered a food item. I brought this to her attention and she told me that she was told that they were only for the chicken pockets.
If you do a simple Google search, it clearly says on the Starbucks website that the hot sauce packets are available with qualifying breakfast sandwiches, and any lunch sandwich. Imagine spending $20 and getting a watered down drink with a cold sandwich and then being told no over a little hot sauce packet. How petty is that…. I’ll be sure to contact the customer service and get my money back for the entire order and will never be coming back to the Starbucks...

We asked the barista politely if we could get the extra milk as we ordered it and paid for on the app and calabe the manager proceeded to tell me that I ordered incorrectly and that I need to pay more. I asked for 3/4 of oat milk and i don’t know if caleb understands fractions but that means more than half of my venti cup should be milk. And the other quarter was the express shots i ordered. I know your response is going to be “any one of our employees will be happy to remake your drink” but that is far from the truth. Caleb will not happily remake my drink and he will give me a hard time for the extra milk I ordered on the app as if it’s coming out of his paycheck.
