I was enjoying my food when i noticed I didn’t have enough ceaser dressing so I went and asked the lady at the register Melissa for an extra one. She then hands me a different dressing than I asked for but didn’t charge me for it. I then noticed it was different from the original ceaser she gave me so I went back up to the counter and asked for another dressing and she proceeds to try to tell me it’s the same just a different brand. I then explained to her it was completely different and I just wanted the same dressing I originally got and all of a sudden I had to be charged for the second dressing because I made a big deal of them being completely different, when originally she didn’t charge me for a second one but she told me it was her job to charge people when their rude?!?! So she called me rude for receiving 2 different dressings and then also proceeded to put the dressing I just stuck my finger in 2 times to taste back into the fridge for someone else to eat after my fingers with my saliva were in it. The lady was rude and disrespectful to her customers that the cook in the back had to come apologize for her because she was doing her job improperly. The guy in the back was so kind and knew how to speak to a customer and treat a customer unlike Melissa who was rude and on her cellphone at the register while I was trying to speak to her. Read moreI had to revise and edit my review after tonight. Customer service was non existing tonight. The young lady working the register was awesome. The young man that came up to the counter to help was far from it. He refused the restroom to a door dash delivery lady saying the restroom was for "customers only". Seriously? Who do you think door dash delivery represents? I hope she informed the customer she delivered to as to what happened and I seriously hope it had nothing to do with the color of her skin. I also watched the woman in front of me check her order for peppercinis, she had only gotten three and she had paid for them. I also heard the man griping that the prices had gone up and they couldn't give as much. Again... Seriously?! You've raised your prices and with everything going on, everyone can understand that. But, to skimp on toppings as well? .... And then to treat the customers like that? I turned and left with out ordering. I won't be back. I seriously doubt the lady in front of me will be back and, I doubt that door dash driver will ever recommend you. I hope the spare change was worth it. Read moreWednesday is their pickup special day. They have phenomenal Pizza, some of the best that I've had and I have worked in pizza places my entire life. Aside from the food and the service which is excellent, it has to be one of, if not the cleanest establishments I can remember being in. I was actually greeted by the owner Matt who definitely knows his stuff and takes pride in his business and his work. I have tried most of the entrees on the menu and these are not your typical cut and paste recipes. Rarely do you encounter an establishment that's ran by the owner and carried out to a T as far as recipes. You can expect consistency when reordering the same entrees and to me that's a big deal. It shows me that they have a definitive way of doing things not just depending on who's working like other places. Even the food presentation for a mom-and-pop place was impressive. This is a guy who knows his pizza in Italian cuisine and takes pride in his establishment. I would definitely recommend Gino's Pizza.
