First time here got Togo chicken Alfredo bread sticks and a side of Alfredo sauce. Got home opened the bag and it was the side of Alfredo that was like water. I honestly didn’t even want to try anything else and just called the store to let them know I’m bringing it all back it’s one of the worst Alfredo sauces I’ve seen. I forget the name of the gentleman I spoke to on the phone but he handled the situation like a true professional. I told him it smelled amazing garlic rolls looked great sauce was horrible and didn’t even try the pasta because no way it would be good with that sauce. He told me just try the rolls and pasta and call him back. To my surprise the pasta was amazing but had thicker sauce and rolls were excellent. Called back and he took my info for future discount and explained they had some new employees still learning and it was obvious didn’t let the sauce thicken enough. It was during dinner rush and I understand everything isn’t always perfect but the way they handled the situation couldn’t have been better. The pasta and thicker sauce and rolls were amazing! My wife and I decided to check out a new pizza place this time around. Ronnie’s is right around the corner from us. Called in the order for pick up and immediately I noticed the guy on the phone had some absolutely top notch customer service skills!! Order a Hawaiian with Bacon pizza, well done, along with an order of cheesy garlic bread. They had the NHL All Star Skills Comp on when I got there… A+ for that! I was greeted with a very friendly welcome and asked if I was a first time customer… he said he already knew! Again with the great customer service skills! The gentleman also asked me to let them know next time I come in how everything was. Meant to take pictures but it looked so good and tasted even better that it went down too quick! Nice thin crust, sooooo tasty. Smoked bacon really made that pineapple flavor pop. One of the best pizzas we have had in our area! This will probably be our spot from now on. I’d give you six stars if I could! Can’t wait to be back!!! Keep up the good work...

Appicella’s is a great local Pizza shop. My wife and I love their Sicilian pizzas. They are huge, deep and flavorful rectangular pan pizzas. One could easily feed 8. We will typically order on Friday night and reheat the leftovers for lunches during the weekend. A couple of things to note: Their delivery service is fast. They typically tell us it’ll be 45 minutes to an hour but always show up well before 45 minutes. I’d say no more than 30 minutes. Get their mozzarella sticks. You will thank me if enjoy hearty and savory mozzarella. These aren’t the frozen bar stool specials you find at other places, these are darn good. Again, try them, it’s worth it. The Margarita, Bianca, and Appicella Specialty pizzas are well worth a try. The toppings abundant and provide a nice change of taste from anything you will get from some of the chain pizza places.
