Very rude service from the old barista man that was working August 3rd afternoon.. very disrespectful didn't greet me, didn't thank me .. when I asked him a couple questions about the coffee he was making he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know..he showed that he was obligated to serve me.... Someone so rude should not be in customer service.. I sure hope someone from corporate talks to...

What happened to the customer service at this location? There seems to be NO TRAINING for the staff. 1st time the guys clearly going under with one order, waited 5 min then left last time same guy still struggling while the other person is having a great conversation with the check clerk from Vons. There was no order ahead of me, left again and...
