Sad that this experience is not as great as it has been. Staff did their job but really didn't make us feel welcome like they have in the past. Room furniture has huge gouges in it that we have to look at while watching tv. Shower pressure not good. Grounds are as beautiful as ever. Just sad because we used to love this place and would tell everyone how wonderful it was. We've been coming for 10 years and will come back but, hope for a better experience next time. I wanted to add a revision: we had to come back and had a delightful experience with a young lady at the front desk. (She has a sweet heart tattoo by her eye!) We stayed in a 2br unit that was in much better shape. You just can't beat the grounds here. We will keep coming back, but please update VI!

This resort is very pleasant. We stayed for a week in a villa that was very accessible to the front office, where they had coffee available every morning. The coffee was very good! We stayed there in mid-July, so it was pretty quiet, and that was nice. The layout is pretty, and there was a pool right behind our villa, making it convenient to go swimming. The villa was large, with 2 bedrooms and no less than 3 bathrooms! The only negative thing I could say is that there were always a lot of workers doing different things like trimming palm trees, tending to shrubbery, etc. Some of them rode around in golf carts. But it was OK! The location was convenient to E. Palm Canyon Dr., where we could easily get to downtown Palm Springs. We would stay there again!

I took a break from Covid, to spend a few days in Palm Springs. No, I'm not a golfer, nor can I use a bicycle (but two were available to use, in the garage).. I am 76 years old & handicapped. What I found was a beautiful, gated complex with a private garage, 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a 3rd bathroom for LR use, a huge kitchen with 2 dining table areas & the nicest patio, all along one end with a short wall for privacy! (They even included a BBQ on the patio!) I didn't use the pool or hot tub but viewed many happy visitors coming & going from that area. The whole complex is first class with beautifully groomed landscaping. Shopping was close by (both north & south) from the complex. It was truly an enjoyable get-a-way for me!

My family loved The Oasis! The resort is quiet, with elegant landscaping, pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. They provided us with beach cruiser bikes which we used to tool around the complex in the mornings. The staff were all so warm and friendly, and we definitely, definitely felt like we were on vacation! So restful and relaxing. ||We had a 2 bedroom villa with a queen sized Murphy bed. My youngest son slept on the Murphy bed and was comfortable enough; if I were sleeping on it, I would have wanted to have brought a comfortable mattress topper. The apartment was so clean, comfortable, and spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. ||Everyone has been mentioning the air conditioner and it's true! The 72 degrees setting is a bummer on warmer nights. We were actually there when the nights were cool but there are no cross breezes in the condo, so even with the doors open it just wasn't cool enough. There was one fan which was like an industrial fan that was so loud we couldn't use it. I actually went out and bought fans for each of us to put in front of the screen doors and keep us cool at night. If it were summer it would be too uncomfortably warm -- in fact, I would not stay here during the summer. ||BTW there are no pool tables or ping pong tables, the fitness center is quite small, and although there is coffee in the mornings in the club house, there is no fresh cream or non-dairy creamers. ||Overall we had an absolutely wonderful time and I would 100% come back!...
