Cousin's Pizza — Restaurant in Palmer Township

Great family owned restaurant in Easton for Italian food! We got the calamari and salad for appetizers. The calamari was crispy and well seasoned and the salad was refreshing. Both apps tided us over well before pizza. The pizza was delicious! The dough was crispy, no flop, and the proportions of sauce and cheese were perfect. One pie was plain, the other was half mushrooms and olives, half meatball. I loved the meatball on the pizza - the meatballs were juicy and slightly firm. Just right.

My daughter and I went last night for a quick bite. They are one of the few places locally that allow indoor dining right now. They were extremely accommodating and friendly! It has that classic smell of pizza you remember when you was a kid !

The sauce they use is very good.

The oven gave my pizza the perfect crisp ! AND their crust was soft and very edible !

And they don’t take cash only or have a minimum. Just great !
