Wendy's — Restaurant in Palmview

Went to Wendy’s yesterday to buy three baconator combos and 2 large chilis by drive thru. The cashier that assisted me, gave me an attitude when I asked her for extra ketchups. She had not given me any ketchups on the bags at first and when I asked, she gave me 4 ketchups and 2 sauces for the chili. When I asked her for more, she made a face, as if she was annoyed, and told me that she had to charge me for the extra ketchups. I explained to her that the burgers were for my kids and that they loved ketchup on their fries and burgers, she again told me that she had to charge me. Therefore, I bought the ketchup packages 4 for a dollar. When I received the recite, it stated she had charged me for a side of jalapeños. Which that is not what I bought, but any ways. I did not mind buying the ketchups but I was not ok with the catchier’s attitude. So if you go to this Wendy’s make sure to ask for ketchups, or else they will not put any on the bags. If you are planning to ask for more ketchup, make sure to come prepared to buy some. And be aware that they might be rude. I will not go to this Wendy’s again. Received cold fries like not even warm I mean cold went back to get new ones. I also got charged for 2 fries and not got one One of the managers ( didn’t get her name) there asked for my bag back my burger was inside open she brought it back gave me new fries and my open burger I told her I didn’t feel comfortable eating anymore if I could just get a refund she simply said no and don’t give me any other options I asked to speak to the other manager ( Jose) he offered me a new burger and refund for the fries I choose to not eat it till I got home the burger was not consumable I mean so salty it cut my tongue genially thing it was done on purpose. Mind you I payed $17 for my meal no one was infront of me and I waited around 20...

No stars if possible totally got my order wrong but to top it off I got a double stack with only 2 hamburger patties nothing else, nugget flavors I didn't order and diet coke I didn't want. This wendys has been the worse since it opened, consistently getting my order wrong and all they offer is an apology. I go to this location because of the proximity but will be taking my buisness to the one on Shary rd.
