There's no employee monitoring system. ALL of the staff are just standing around outside MOST of the time literally smoking and joking, disappearing, or act like they're just hanging out. A lot of ex-cons come through there (No judgement). Its always backed up. They have inexperienced staff that constantly cost the company money. Has unsanitary conditions throughout the facility for food. They show favoritism and back bite. I've even seen staff get people fired just because they didn't like them. There's a lot of inappropriate conditions within this company. It was like being in an old bar. The language, conversations, you name it. Maybe these are reasons, to say the least, why there is such high of an Employee Turnover Rate. Check the stats. It means there is definitely something wrong with their cultural environment within the structure of this company. Believe the real comments. My review is about a product. I got the "Loaded Baked Potato Salad". It says it is loaded with bacon and Cheddar cheese. Maybe 3 pieces of bacon in 15 oz. and the cheese, if any, was unrecognizable. The creamy sour cream dressing was creamy but I didn't like the flavor. Funny after taste left in mouth.I am a fan of sour cream otherwise. Nothing "Loaded " about this Salad. It did have a slight smokey taste but after reading the ingredients, I saw it was from added smoke flavor. Glad I got it for 1/2 price. Bought at Giant, Bethlehem PA.
