Great Taste Chinese Food — Restaurant in Palmyra

Been here many times over the years (since 2000). Food and quality are consistent.

We have used delivery many times, food comes quickly, but if you are in a real rush, go pick it up. Food orders are processed with lightning speed.

Its good, typical, small town Chinese food, good enough that when folks come in from out of town, where Chinese food a rarity - they ask for it.

Don't expect to eat in, the seating is more or less for folks waiting for take out. Its a small store front, with a well used kitchen, worn flooring, and old signage. Sure, it could use a fix up, but if it leads to raised prices, I'll pass.

Sometimes mistakes are made with missing order items, but as long as you check your order before you leave, its never a big deal, generally they are flooded with orders and your item is sitting ready to go. Sometimes with larger orders they throw in an extra treat for dessert.

Family run, often all the kids are there, playing, helping, studying. Its nice.

Family of 3 order generally comes to $20~30 depending on dishes.

Cash only! They used to have a drink cooler, but they removed it. Street Parking, or next door...

I WILL NEVER order from this restaurant again... completely agree with other reviews that question how they stay in business. My boyfriend and I ordered almost 50$ worth of food, EVERYTHING was super greasy, not to mention when ordering they made everything more difficult than it had to be. We added on an order of fried chinese doughnuts and instead of sugar they dumped salt all over them ...my boyfriend gagged after attempting to take a bite. When I called to try and get a refund for at least the doughnuts, some random woman that wasn't even there the previous night kept trying to reassure me it was sugar on them, as if we don't know the difference between salt and sugar. NEVER AGAIN.... I'm so disappointed that restaurants are allowed to treat their customers like that and get...

O.M.G...ordered 3 shrimp eggrolls for 3 people in the house...no shrimp in eggrolls...as soon as I picked up the eggrolls out the bag...grease ran down my hand!..ordered ribs...they were half charcoald and the other half tasted like cardboard!...ordered a small house special lo mein....which it supposed to come with noodles,shrimp,pork and beef....well it came with 95% noodles-1 tiny piece of shrimp-1tiny piece of beef-1 tiny piece of pork-1 tiny piece of chicken..orders over 25 dollars the menu says free soda...there was no soda-your supposed to get fortune cookies...no fortune cookies!...food made me sick to my stomach!!...NEVER AGAIN.. WILL I GET FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!!. I rather get in my car and travel for a good Chinese meal no matter...
