I picked up wings around 8:30 PM (they close at 9). When I finally sat down to eat, I realized my order was wrong. I called the next day, and while the lady at the front desk was friendly each time we spoke, the gentleman she passed me to was extremely unprofessional.

Instead of apologizing, he laughed and asked, “Why didn’t you call last night, we were cleaning?” — as if I was supposed to know they’d still be there after closing. He also asked whether I ate the food or threw it out, but barely let me speak and kept laughing as if I was lying. His “solution” was to remake only half of my order. No apology, no accountability.

I told the lady afterward how disgusted I was by his reaction, and she was apologetic. But then he called me back later — clearly after she told him what I said — and with the same attitude asked if I wanted the food. When I said no (because at that point I had no interest in eating there again), he just said “ok” and hung up the phone.

This is my go to pizza place I get it atleast once a week for my family. Everything is always so good and the staff is always so friendly. I really like Allie she is so friendly and just a hard worker you can tell. she will call me if there’s any issues or confusion so she can get my order right. Allie makes sure I always have everything I ordered, Very rarely I have been missing anything and if I am they bring it back in a timely fashion. Just overrall really nice staff even the drivers my kids love to say bye and thank you to the older gentleman that was our driver once he was so sweet. And I have never had any issues with the quality of my food. The food is always yummy! I prefer this pizza over any other pizza places in my town and surrounding towns. I visited this place for the first time .. upon approaching counter , they had pizza displayed that look dried and stale.. I order 3 cheese slices which I was told where coming out fresh. When I received my slices , they looked great on appearance but where not . Fist bite had cheese and sauce so taste ok but the dough was hard and chewy not soft like pizza should be, half way up the slice I found no sauce just cheese and dough .. not good !!!! All 3 slices where like this . Unfortunately I won't be a return customer, $1.80 for a slice price not bad , but pizza is..
