Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palo Alto

I have a long history with Taco Bell. It used to be one of my mom's favorite place wasn't as a child and I loved getting the food. I even worked for a Taco Bell, and even managed one in Oregon. So I have a succinct idea of how things should be when I get Taco Bell food. I frequent here quite often because it is really close to home. My only complaints about this place is I think they should stir their meat a lot more when I come during off hours before they serve my taco and sometimes the taco shells are a bit stale. The customer service is usually really good but sometimes can be hit and miss obviously people have bad days so I always forgive that. This place sucks! I special ordered Freshly Fried Chalupa bread so I can have a HOT TASTY BREAD to enjoy and staff&Mgr FAILED. They tried giving me OLD BREAD that had been sitting up on da rack for god knows how long, it was cold & nasty. They kept insisting it was FRESH, no it wasn't! i said.
