Used to be great before COVID, until they got rid of the omelette line with Adrian (which was the best part) and the make-your-own-smoothie bar. None of the workers there speak English; I don't mean they speak it as a second language, they don't know the words for "knife" or "cup" and will just respond in Spanish, which makes it really hard to communicate if something runs out. They have huge, elaborate, in-your-face displays for Chinese New Year and Pride Month, okay great, but nothing for Memorial Day. Disappointing and has gone almost more downhill than SF, needs...
