I was thoroughly impressed the first time I came here and got the Pabellon (to-go order). When I returned to eat in, the situation was poor. The staff was just not helpful. It was crowded, but we had to call over our waiter about eight minutes after ordering our drinks to 1) get our drinks and 2) order our food. The second time was clouded by the poor experience and I honestly can't remember what I got.

Read moreI got a caramel macchiato and it was definitely not made right, it tasted like watered down coffee that is extremely overpriced. They took a long time for the order, forgot others’ orders but more importantly, they were quite disorganized and left several cartons of milk out in between orders, which was concerning to me. I know at other coffee shops I see baristas putting the milk/supplies back, but these guys were all over the place. Fun conversations and high caliber customers aside, the cafe is comfortable and welcoming. My favorite feature is complementary drinking water always available for guests from a self serve dispenser, which has in many instances been a life saver.
