Good Day Ice Cream Paola — Restaurant in Paola

I want to love it and I go more than I would like to admit. (Multpile times a week, sometimes 2 times in one day). I am sort of picky, I do not like anything either the word coffee or bourbon, no nuts and no Carmel. So I know my options are limited. They had a brownie one that was chocolate ice cream, brownie chunks, cookie and chocolate chunks. It was sooo good. Went back 2 days later and it was gone and when I asked when they would get more they didn't know which one I was talking about. I love that they swap out some flavors sometimes, but that stinks I found one I loved and it's gone. So I got regular chocolate because the waffle cones are soooo good. Went back, the chocolate is gone. They had Oreo so I got that. Chocolate is no not even on the menu anymore (not just marked as out of it). The Oreos was gone again today along with 7 other flavors. I get being new, but some of these have been out for over a week. 😞 I really hope they can keep flavors in and this is jsus because they are newer. I went the first day when it first opened. The blonde girl helping me was so incredibly nice! She was able to hold a conversation. The flavors are impeccable, and incredibly varied and diverse. There is a well staffed front counter that provides a friendly greeting, and ensures that the line moves through quick!
