A great local museum, focused on the history of Miami County, Kansas, including the main towns of Paola, Osawatomie, and Louisburg. Visited to see the annual Miniature Art Exhibition hosted in the Museum. The exhibition is a must see as it showcases wide variety of miniature paintings from all over the world. Even if it's a drive, this museum is well worth the trip. For the size of the area, they have a great space and so much locally found items to really express the history of the area.
