Miami County Trolley, LLC — Attraction in Paola

I’m not one to be negative online, but I feel like others should have the information when choosing to support a business. I have been on the trolley tours twice, and both times we had a bad experience. Our driver (she didn’t tell us her name) was very rude, and treated us like we were an inconvenience to her. The trolley itself appeared to be bad condition, and was blowing black smoke out of the back. You will also want to be aware that there is no air conditioning, and in the summertime you will be hot and dusty when you arrive at the wineries. Don’t leave your items on the trolley. The trolley takes other groups in between drop offs and someone stole my bag of items I had bought at the winery. I didn’t even get so much as a “sorry” from the driver. Also, the roads we took were very dusty and we were covered in dust. Would have been nice to have a heads up so we could put up the windows. Tour was mediocre wineries 2. There was a bachlerette party that had a special drop off that required the rest of the trolley to have an extra 40 minute ride. None pf this was explained until we were suppose to be heading back.
