Horrible service. There were 4 cars in the drive thru when I arrived, 2 at window, 2 waiting to order. I could tell things weren't moving, but after a long day at work, I figured I'd wait because I needed something for dinner, and it was the closest to me. All cars leave window area, 3 of us still waiting to order. 1 car gave up drove off, next car pulls up, ordered fast, pulls to the window, now I sit, at least 5mins to order, I should have drove off. Now at the window, girl at the window did not seem to know what she was doing or was not confident or friendly she took my card then I sit, about 7 minutes in she came an told me there was a mistake on my sandwich so they were making my sandwich now, ok? At least another 7mins nothing. I can see there is one guy making sandwiches, she is just standing there, there are cars now waiting to order, someone is very concerned about sweeping, one guy just leaning. No sandwich, so I knocked on the window for a refund. The girl said nothing, then was rude, smart mouthed, Horrible CS!!!!! I had to ask for my card back. The first time the girl came to the window, she should have thanked me for being patient, explaining that there was a mistake on the sandwich and offered me, maybe a free cookie or chips to go along my order for the inconvenience that it was taking so long.There was no customer service what so ever until I got upset and asked for a refund by then it was too late, I was pissed, I had already waited way too long. Read moreI ordered from this location which is 2.5 miles (less than 5 minutes away by car) away from my house. The man on the phone asked for my address, and when I told him, he okayed it then continued to take my order and tell me that they'd get it out to me and my friend. We had very little options for food at this point of time, and we were happy that we could get Jimmy John's to deliver. I left my phone and went to get money, but when I returned to it, I had 3 missed calls and a voice message from this Jimmy John's. They called to tell me that they won't deliver out to me, but please remember, I only lived 2.5 miles away from this location. I called back to complain because this was a mistake on their part, not mine, and I was still expecting my food. The manager then responded in a very rude manner. In the end, they did offer to give me my order for free, but only if I could come pick it up. I ordered it for delivery due to a lack of transportation there, and given the circumstances, my only choice would be to walk to Jimmy John's to get my order. I then said that I would try to find food elsewhere, but at the same time, I was looking forward to Jimmy John's. My friend called back less than 5 minutes later to ask if this offer is still available, but the manager only laughed and told us a simple no. Read moreUpdate- I tried them again and this time it was worse. I place an online order for delivery as I have a broken wrist and cannot drive. After an hour, my food still has not been delivered. I called the store and was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on when I finally got through the manager Brent agreed to give me a refund. I asked if they could still bring my food . he reluctantly said yes, but said it would take some time as they were backed up almost 2 hours later, my food finally arrives and I could tell it was the same sandwich they made at noon, which is a severe health risk as it had been sitting out for two hours and tasted disgusting
Twice in the past couple of months, they have given me someone else’s order in the drive-through. When I asked them to refund it to my card (as I’m not sure I’ll return) they said their system does not allow that which is crazy cause I have never heard of a system that won’t allow that before. Extremely frustrating that I paid for something and did not receive the food I asked for. When I explained to the manager of the situation, all she offered me was a two dollar credit. If this happens to somebody with food allergies, this could be extremely dangerous. Not to mention, there is only one other person in the drive-through. I don’t understand how they could be...
