I placed an order online that estimated the wait time 47 - 56 minutes. I place my order for delivery and the system said it would be done by 7:02. After 7:06 and seeing no alert of a delay I checked online for my status. The confirmation email said that my order was still in the oven. I called the store to see if I could get any additional information on my order and the automated system just said my order was on track. I waited longer to see if anything had changed. 30 minutes had passed at this point and looking online I see that the status had not changed. I called the store to see what has been the delay. I eventually got a staff member to answer and I asked them what is the status of my order. The staff member put me on hold and after waiting 10 minutes I hung up and tried calling again. On my second call the same phone number listed on good directed me to the company call center and not the store. The operator said they would direct me to the store and I was put on hold for indefinite wait. At this point it has been close to 2hrs since I placed my order and the estimated delivery time. I drove directly to the location to understand where my order was. Apparently there were orders bunt that resulted in a backlog. My frustration with this store comes from the handling or my phone call, and also the customer service automation. Read moreOrdered Delivery through the website. Expected Pizza Hut to delivery and instead just ahead of Door dash showing up I receive messages saying that door dash wash on it way. I do not want door dash to EVER deliver food to my door. I ordered through Pizza Hut and expected PIZZA hut to deliver it. Then door dash delivered only a part of my order.... COLD. Then when I told the "dasher" that my order was not complete... I was told to contact door dash. I DID NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH. I called Pizza hut and complained and was told that she didn't have a driver and so door dash was used and that if the order is before 6 door dash will be used. My order was put in after 6p.m. I have been ordering from this pizza hut for years and this is the first I have ever heard of this. PIZZA hut needs to have a disclaimer that they will use door dash in the event their driver is not yet available because they are on another order. Pizza Hut has LOST my business due to this. If I wanted door dash... I would have gone through door dash to process my order. This is TERRIBLE service..... My order was COLD and missing a pizza. Read moreAwful experience, I ordered a pizza and a cookie for delivery at 5:15, after 3 hours I called and asked about it. At first they said they didn't have the order at all, when I called back, they had found it but they didn't have a delivery driver, I was hung up on after they said there was nothing they could do. They called back 15 minutes later, saying they had a doordash driver who could deliver the food, but that I would have to pay again in cash for the food I already paid for. I told them that that's bs and asked what time they closed, and about an hour later, after i had gottten off work, I went in to pick up my food where I found it was cold, of course, after 5 hours. I then asked if I could be compensated for what had happened, I was told the most they could do was give a 25% off my next order. After arguing with the manager, I left and went home with the food. When I arrived home and my mom had seen what happened, she went back and told the manager to give me a full refund. The manager then argued and proceeded to lie and pretended she offered me a refund when she hadn't. This is completely unacceptable!
