A. Papano's Pizza - Kingsley — Restaurant in Paradise Township

Today I could not give the review I normally would have. Typically the pizza I get from A Papano's in Kingsley is easily a 4-5......today not so good. I ordered two pizzas, one was a large pepperoni/bacon/mushroom with regular crust and the other was a small pesto veggie pizza with thin crust. The pepperoni was of expected quality....at least a 4, the pesto pizza was a different story. The outer edges (about 1 inch all the way around the pizza) was browned just short of being burnt and some of the toppings were burnt. I was hugely disappointed. Also of note I live just 6 or so minutes from A. Papanos in Kingsley and when my pizzas arrived 45 minutes later they were barely warm. I am not upset it took 45 minutes but am that they were not hot. The driver came from the opposite direction that they should have. I will give a second chance but will mention this to them because I spent $36 on these pizzas and did not receive the quality I should have. Sorry guys......step up your game. Ordered pizza here all the time having lived behind it for 5 years. Forever we could get a 2 topping medium pizza for $10.59 out the door. That’s not bad at all for two people to have dinner. Tried to order similarly tonight but now the same pizza has risen 50% to 15. Something. How do you justify this? The pizza hasn’t gotten better. It isn’t done faster. It is too bad that there isn’t any other options out here. Also I looked up their menu on the google and it shows 2 topping medium pizzas for the old price that they say aren’t their prices and won’t honor them.. not even coupons. Try yourself. The only place that will deliver pizza to my house. Delivery guys are always so nice! And food is always amazing. My kids and I have our favorites!
