Kasa's Pizza — Restaurant in Paradise Township

Went there twice while vacationing in the area this past week. Was great to see that they have gluten-free as my wife is a celiac.

On the two times we went there, she had the gluten-free pizza and the next time chicken wings both were very good.

I had a large pizza the first time and the next time chicken wings and jalapeño poppers. Jalapeño poppers we’re cooked fine, unfortunately not much of heat to them, not the restaurants fault.

We cannot understand when we ordered soft serve ice cream they only do large in certain flavors. My wife ordered a large chocolate no problem, I ordered lemon I was told we can’t do a large because how they mix it I just don’t understand how that’s an issue.

When we were there a gentleman waiting on his order was quite upset, his order was sitting and it wasn’t until they asked is he being waiting on he said yes he been waiting for his order and then wound up getting the order which happen to be sitting for a bit

I think it’s very rude on their behalf that they will ask you if you wish to tip that’s a personal thing especially when it comes to take out.

I ordered two premade slices with toppings on them and a drink. It came out to almost $10. That's a rip off. On top of that, they tasted like dough and that's it. I even had my boyfriend try it and it didn't even taste like cheese. I waited until all of the customers finished ordering until I went up to the counter and told the server why I didn't like it and she looked like she was gonna laugh at me. Then she proceeded to tell me I waited too long to come up to the counter. I explained to her that I was being polite and waiting for everyone to leave first and then she told me I ate "half" of my food and that if I had come up after one bite she could have done something about it but there's nothing she can do. I took two bites from each slice. The server was rude about it and didn't care that I spent $10 on a meal that I didn't eat. I left my food with them because it was disgusting. Before I left, I dropped my drink on the floor and the other server became super confrontational and kept asking me "You think that's funny because you didn't like your food? You think that's funny?" I didn't say anything to...

I've been coming here my entire life, sadly the food quality and customer service has only gone downhill since my childhood. I always order the boneless wings because they used to be really good but not anymore :( the wings are consistently dry because they don't toss them in enough sauce. And then if you ask for extra sauce on the side (because they don't put enough) they wanna charge you extra... I'm already paying $15 for dry wings that don't even come with fries, so now I just feel like I'm getting ripped off. Maybe this is just my opinion but chicken wings should be smothered in sauce. I'd also like to touch on the customer service since I mentioned it earlier. The staff pretty much always look miserable. I'm not expecting anything crazy, just a smile and some common courtesy? And one time they screwed up our order really bad, they claimed the order "never reached the kitchen" after we had drove 30 minutes to pick it up.
