This is a local place, but it's my first time coming in. Although there is an excellent-looking breakfast buffet, my husband and I ordered from the breakfast menu around 10am on a Saturday, and the food was tasty! We shared biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs (perfectly cooked--i.e., not overdone), bacon and sausage (also perfectly cooked-- perfect combo of soft AND crispy), and French toast--they even offer Cary's Sugar Free syrup. Coffee was also good--a nice breakfast blend taste. I liked the atmosphere --it is an old steakhouse building, which has been around for as long as I can recall, so at least since 70s/80s, I'd say. The interior still has some of that look with parts of it having dark wood, wood beams in the ceiling, and black leather dining chairs trimmed with large upholstery pins; the entire front is large windows with a lower brick wall, and they've used decorative smooth stones and string lights to enhance the small space that lies under the windows. The wait staff were all welcoming and hospitable. We 100% enjoyed our breakfast here and are now eager to add Annie's to our regular routine!

First time visiting and will be the last. The person cleaning the table for us was rude he said “excuse me, I have to get through here if you want the table clean.” We came at 12:06 smack dab during lunch and the food was horrible. The sodas were all flat. The food bar consisted of turkey loaf, fried chicken (2 dry pieces), fried fish (which was good), spaghetti, green beans (pan was empty), corn (pan was empty), Mashed Potatoes (slimy and near empty), dressing dry and not good at all. We asked to order from the menu and we was told we could only order breakfast. We said that was fine. Then the server comes and says they only have eggs. The sign outside says “Steak” but we couldn’t even get that. All around horrible experience. Would not recommend at all.

What started as an adventure became a bit of a heartwarming reminder to be human & kind to all. The food is severely lacking as the buffet line is scarce at best. Rotation of fresh food isn't timely and has to be requested. Also, don't seek pancakes on the buffet as they also have to requested which is strange as the name suggests they would be available on the buffet. But what truly saved the whole pitiful meal was the humanity the server showed to person who came in detailing a stressful situation. The server didn't stop to contemplate the validaty of the person's story; he just helped. And, for that, this small town spot with the lackluster food but amazing homemade biscuits, gets 5 stars!

Went in this morning and all of the food was cold, the waitress Kayla was so rude, I had to ask for toast, I had to ask for drinks, she saw us find a table and didn't return unless I asked for something. I saw her putting fresh eggs right on top of the cold food, never changed out the pans, the food was so cold it felt like it just came out of the from the cooler. When we got to the register Kayla was at the register before me and I was standing there waiting for her to ring my order up and she's staring at me. I was never told my total, she just stood there waiting for me to read the total. I looked at the register and it was 31.$ she never told me thank you , never asked how everything was, nothing. Very rude and will never go back there again. Bad service, unsafe food handling, cold food and bad attitude. You will never see me walk through those doors again and I'm gonna tell everyone I know about the unsafe food handling. I'm surprised someone hasn't gotten sick. If the food is not hot enough and literally cold, you have to dump that food not just add fresh eggs on top of old cold eggs. .watch your cameras. There are some health violations going on there. Don't...

Customer service is great. Love the waitress that waited on us. Very friendly girl. She did great. However the food was on another level old. We ate the buffet. The biscuits were hard on the bottom. The gravy had chunks in it from sitting in the warmer for too long. And it had a brown tint to it. Biting into the hash brown it taste like grease not potato. The eggs were grey so I was scared to try it but my husband took at bite and immediately spit them out. They had the loaded potato’s that were fried with onions and peppers. Those were okay but the potato’s were sweet so it was weird. The breakfast quesadilla were so old and when I opened one the inside was grey. My husband and I have came here in the past and never had a problem. This time was horrible. I doubt we...
