It was very pricey I shared a pastrami sandwich and two ice cream shakes for me and a friend and it was over $30 I don't mind paying for good food but average or below miss me with that... Okay you just made a rebuttal and said the pastrami sandwich was $10 something now look at your own menu on this exact page and it says $11.49 or $11 dollars and something and then you don't even have the shakes listed but you say they're $4.59 how do you corroborate that I don't get it what do you mean what else did I order that's what we ordered maybe we had an employee that was not very good with numbers or something.. I don't know.. that charged us too much but if you don't know your own prices and they differ from what's in your head then the ones on the menu then how can you accurately say that we only payed $21..and it's obvious you were not there that night or many other nights considering your knowledge of your own menu prices... Anyway this is MY review as a customer NOT YOUR influence as a manager.. so the bottom line is me and my guest paid too much and we'll leave out the exact numbers...whatever the price was... for the food quality and quantity that we received...no big deal it happens... Stopped by this place for the first and last time this morning. I got the sausage and eggs for $10.99 and asked for cheese on my eggs. The woman taking my order said it's extra for the cheese so I said that's fine. I'm thinking .50 cents to maaaaybe a dollar extra... OMG no it was $3.25 extra. I'm not joking. I thought it was a mistake but the woman said no. I'm thinking I'm about to get the most amazing breakfast ever for that price. YALL! wait till I upload this picture. I was so disappointed when I opened this box. I looked at my eggs and all I could hear was E40 saying sprinkle me mane. No disrespect to the establishment because this is probably what they're forced to do to keep their doors open with the economy in such bad shape like it is now. Man, I mean this should've came with an OJ or something and it just looks as bland as it gets, no salt and pepper for me to doctor it up or nothing. If I wasn't at work I'd take it back and go get myself a whole burger somewhere else for what I paid for the cheese alone lol actually I could've went and got a whole pack of cheese and sprinkled it myself. Here are detailed facts about service I received today. 09.07.2021 at 12:10PM I placed an order for 10, I went for pick up, I asked to double check if my order was complete. Lady said it was complete without checking. I took my order , we counted it was 9 orders. I respect and support local businesses. I called and explained politely, they had one of my order missing. Simply asked for a refund. THEY REFUSED! The guy, also hang up on me. I called again. They said "do whatever you want" Whoever is the owner of this business, I suggest investigate this transaction and take actions. I provided all details. This is first step I took, if I dont get my refund for an order that is not given to me, well I consider this as scam, and I will take it very seriously. I will review on yelp as well. I may go further, filing dispute with my credit card, City of Paramount for bad business activities, BBB, even to Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I expect my refund to be issued in 2...
