Family owned pet store with lots and I mean lots of knowledge in what they do from the shows they do to the pet store. For the show they give you a hands on experience with reptiles from small to large showing some bugs to showing off lizards and snakes I’ve had their show 2x already and loved the both of them definitely a great experience you will never forget the first show was when I turned 15-16 about 4-5 years ago I still could remember the great times my family and friends had it was a blast. The last show I got from them was recent in late September. It was for my 4 year old cousin he absolutely loved the show in fact so much he didn’t want Jesse to leave with animals lol. Even tho I had the show in the past it still seized to amaze me Jesse bringing out the snakes and lizards for the kids to see opened there eyes to how animals can be, taught them where they are from how they live in their natural habit and a whole lot of other things educating people about them. For the pet store it’s a family owned business how much cooler does it get from there. It’s a small yet friendly pet store making it feel like your in a zoo with all the reptiles and decorations as I said they are very knowledgeable they have helped me with many of my reptiles actually all of them, even if you didn’t buy from them they’re still there to help the reptile community. My experience with PPE has been nothing but the best I’ve been to other pet stores that are mainly reptiles and honestly never found a better welcoming atmosphere along with a big smile and the best I mean the best customer service they will drop what they’re doing like every other pet store should do to focus on you the customer rather you spend $1 to $100. They are my go 2 pet store for anything now from asking the simplest questions to having more experienced questions now. They have been there since my first bearded to the tegu and frilleds I have rite now helping through the whole process from taming to housing which everyone should learn about before buying but hey holly and Jesse give you their actual experiences with the reptiles and let’s be honest here experience and having a lot of knowledge together is the best they will put you the customer first in the pet store from when you walk in till when you leave. There pet store is small however they make the visit worth it. We have known them and their store for a little over two years now and we are extremely grateful. Both Holly and Jesse are great people full of personality plus. They are both very attentive and knowledgeable. We can trust that thier reptiles are healthy and if we need any guidance or advice at anytime they will gladly provide their assistance. We live not too close but do not mind the drive because not only do they have great customer service but they make us feel at home and like family. They are a very humble, down to earth family. Very humble and caring not only towards animals but towards people as well. You’ll never see them with a frown or not excited at their shows. You could really see their passion for animals and their job with how well their reptiles are tamed and how excited they are to show/teach us new facts about reptiles that will blow your mind away! I’m glad to have found this reptile store not only for their shows but for their prices being so affordable and for their amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to book a reptile show or simply buy a reptile.
