La Espiga — Restaurant in Paramount

HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in and there was no line. Just a couple waiting on their items. I wasn’t greeted but the 3 employees saw me and ignored me. Not even a “Ahorita la atiendo/i’ll be right with you”. So I stood in line in front of the register for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Nada. Decided to leave because i’m not there for free food. I’d rather make the long line at la michoacana where customer service never fails. There’s absolutely nothing special about their food items/drinks. I came here because I live around the corner but i’d rather make the drive across town to La Michoacana or for bomb esquites at Las Palmas. The 5 star reviews mentioning great service are probably their own family members. To the owner: WORK ON YOUR...

Sheesh where should I start , I came here after seeing a Instagram post . You can tell when you come in here if you’re not a Spanish speaker you aren’t welcome , I decided to give them a try anyways , they served two customers before me that ordered after me 🙄. I decided to wait for my food because it looked so good on Instagram, I spent 30 dollars there on something I could of spent about 12 dollars for with my elote man (learned my lesson there) food wasn’t that good either fruit was no where near fresh AT ALL . This business should be more considerate. Not only the cashier has a smug attitude at times but their hours of operation are different from their info online.
