La Michoacana Premium — Restaurant in Paramount

I just got the worse service ever from this location. For one I’m a military veteran with medical issues and spent $28.00 and was refused access to their restroom which states for customers only due to the fact that they just cleaned it. I don’t see as a reason to not give customers access if in proper working order. Then when received what I purchased employee refused to give me a cup carrier stated that owners policy is that you must purchase 3 cup items or your not entitled one. Also purchased two bionicos and wanted cream on the side which employ also refuse to give due to the fact that if not poured on fruit I wasn’t allowed any because no way of measuring amount. Very dissatisfied first off when I walk in la michoacana it was super hot in there. It Felt like they had the heater on. Then I order one scoop of ice cream. The lady then said they did not have the one scoop cups I said Okay thinking she would put it in a different size cup but she said no she couldn't I would have to buy two scoop cup. I couldn't believe she couldn't substitute a two scoop cup.
